Thanx for the reply M5, here is the issue, this came with the stock and the MSD aux inline 2225 pump installed. Like I said there was a fire so he got a new wire harness and I eliminated the stock pump and just run the inline MSD. I got his wiring figured out and he has a brand new BD box on it. Heres my problem, it runs up to about 11 or 12 psi and falls flat, maybe this is normal, after a pull it will idle down and maybe stall, then starting can be a challenge, maybe half an hour or so, it does have spark when it wont start. Im leaning towards fuel, ever heard of the line inside the tank collapsing when fuel demanded? He used a Tygon line hooked the a fuel filter like the one Powder Lites uses. His 02 sensor calved and we got a small dump of snow, just enough to test for a day or two. Doesnt idle smooth at all but zero codes, TPS is reading 22 at idle and around 95 at full.
