Need advice, sled purchase

Sold my Turbo Vector and am looking at getting into a Nytro but I can't decide if I should get a low-mileage 2010, a holdover 2011 or pony up for a 2012. Any input is appreciated. Not going to worry about boost this year and see if I miss it.

I would get a low mileage 2010 just because there are not a bunch of changes form 2010 to 2012. You will have money to buy your track of choice and I bet you could put boost on a good clean 2010 for the price of a stock 2012.

Bingo the difference between 10, 11 is stickers and skis if I remember right. In 2012 they put on a new track. I would grab the 2010 and throw a new track under it and have a sled that's close to the same as the 2012 for a lot less.
Hope this helps.

I had the same dilemma earlier this fall. I ended up going with the 2012. The reason being the drivers. For 2012 the drivers, huge upgraded if planning on boost, Ascent track and skis. The price break wasnt that great either in my case. If you can snatch a 2010 for 8-9g's then by all means but for 10-11' pony up the extra and get the 12' if you can. Also if it allows I went with the 180 kit for 1500$ killer deal and I am into a 2012 w/ boost for under 14500. Long story short I feel in the long run the drivers will prove then selves worth the money in relability.

That was a sweet deal for getting into boost...glad someone took advantage of it!

I could have purchased the 2011 that I rode last spring with the Push turbo, but it was the same price as a snow checked 2012 with the $1500 boost option - so I went with the 2012 mainly for the new track and 0 miles on the odometer.
