need advice on rewiring after a burn

I left the brake on and burned my friend's 01 summit 800.

I'll be buying him out and fixing it over the summer to either keep or sell.

I think I may have gotten off easy on what all burned. The oil tank melted out, but will not replace that and just pre mix fuel.

The caliper is probably toast. New caliper and pads. Not sure about the rotor, but it sure looks like a pain to replace. Maybe it's good enough?

The hardest thing looks like a melted wire loom. The loom looks like it inter relates to several others, and is not just plug and play replace. Do I go after the wires one by one? or should I buy all new pre-made looms? are these even available?

Anyone got a service manual to sell or steer me to online?

Oh the joys. My first sled is burned before I own it and i get to buy him a replacement. Welcome to snowmobiling.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Dave

Parts that I know I need now:

Fuel tank and lines.

Brake caliper and pads

Pull cord and housing

Lots of wire.

probably cooer hoses.

If you have something to part out, send me a PM.

Also still considering selling/parting out this sled.

Lots of parts available on here, DooTalk, and E-bay. Shouldn't be a problem finding anything you need to get it up and running.
