Need advice on place to stay around rabbit ears or better

Hello all I am looking for lodging around rabbit ears or someplace that has decent amount of snow. This would be are 3rd trip to the ears and maybe looking for something different, Last couple of trips my wife was along and we stayed in steamboat and trailered up. But we had to bring our own fuel. It would be nice if we could stay at a lodge and ride out. The fun Hater is not coming on this trip so we can rough it a little more. And Not have to go to strawberry hotsprings every day

If your looking for ride in/out lodging Hahn's Peak Roadhouse north of Steamboat is about your only option. They have fuel up there as well. With all the new snow I'm sure the riding up there is just as good as Rabbit Ears with a fraction of the traffic

I agree. We were there last April. Nice, very nice.
