Neck braces

Came across a good deal on the new EVS neck brace, but not sure how it'd work with a tekvest and float bag. I know there was some talk about it awhile back, but never heard the final verdict. Anybody use a neck brace riding with a tekvest? Would it not allow a float bag to do its job properly?

I imagine it would. Omega Braces' work with the regular and race tek vest as well as the EVS ballistic jersey and Leatt's work with the Race Tek and EVS.

Neck braces are a great piece of safety equipment when proper used and I always wear one with snowmobiling and mtn biking. Please be aware though, as most people overlook this, that is you wear a neck brace you have to use the chest straps that hold the neck brace in place. If you're not willing to wear the chest straps do not wear the neck brace as a neck brace that is free to move around is actually more dangerous than not wearing one.
