Did anyone else whatch game 6 of Orlando vs. Boston and L.A vs. Houston and think both L.A. and Boston lost on purpose to put a game 7 at home? I thought both teams looked terrible. I guess there is probably lots of politics like anything else. For instnace if you can sell 25,000 seats with an average playoff ticket price of $50 you just brought in $1,250,000 that you wouldn't have had. Maybe there is some upper influence to have the players play like crap and have an extra game at home.
I guess it doesn't really matter in the end I just miss watching college basketball cause the overpaid laziness of the nba just isn't getting it done for me anymore.

Boston was ahead the whold game until a couple stupid turnovers at the end. Orlando hit a few big shots too. If your theroy is right, hopefully both home teams will loose game 7, and cost them alot more money. I alway's hope the Lakers loose, but I'd really like to see some new teams in the finals this year. The Cavs are going to be tough to beat the way there playing right now.

I don't think the Cavs or Denver have been challenged yet, some teams just match up differently, But I think they will be challenged.

I just wanted to second the match up comment. Just look at the Jazz and Rockets. The Jazz have always been able to beat the rockets, but they can't beat the Lakers or San Antonio. The Rockets just match up better. Go Rockets, or anyone playing the Lakers.

Sometimes I think its set up. Anyone that disagrees stop and think how much money does a game 7 bring. The seats, the food, the TV time, all the BS. The root of all evil is $$$$. I enjoy the game but, sometimes I do believe their is a script.

NBA basketball like NFL football does all of us a great service, between the guys in uniform and the people in the stands just think how many gang members are off the street while the games are being played.
