In the year 2525 will Nascar still survive ? By then Nascar will own all the tracks, teams and cars. Drivers will report to the track and draw for their cars (all identical of course), draw for their sponsor (Nascar had long ago bypassed the owners and made their deals directly with the corporations). The engines (all prepared by Nascar to eliminate any possibility of advantage) will be selected by lottery and quarantined until minutes before the race. Pit stops will be performed by cyberorganisms (lifelike robots named AAAArnold) to eliminate any chance of advantage by one driver. Any driver who wins more than 1 race in a season will be surgically examined to determine why he is better than the others and then the offending appendages will be removed (if you know what I mean). Any driver who has a negative opinion of Nascar will be invited to the surgical trailer and his appendages will also be removed (now I think you know what I mean) !! All of the above will be for the betterment of society in general because ingenuity and oversize appendages must be eliminated at all cost.
