I picked up what I thought was an Axys handlebar strap at Haydays, but the ends are different. Any idea what this is from?

Yep, its from a snowmobile, polaris.

The date wheel shows it was molded December of 15

Its a current part. Its a grab bar kit for straight bars. Should also come with the rest of the hardware. Eric
