Good excuse to do what ever they want.
Liberal mind set.
Create a crisis, justify what ever you want with that crisis.
What a joke.

It never ceases to amaze me about the ignorance and complacency of the american people, I guess thats why we get the government we deserve, one that promotes licensed murder in violation to the very constitution they swore to uphold. Bring it on big brother and see how far you get trying force me or my family to inject that poison into our bodies, I am more than ready for the battle. Swampy:eek::mad::(

A few pertinent facts concerning the vaccine!!
The silence is almost deafening in the American press when it comes to publishing information about the potentially lethal link between swine flu vaccine and Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a dread nerve disorder. While other parts of the world are not much better informed, information about the link reached the public in the United Kingdom in mid-August—but only after two letters were leaked to the Daily Mail. The letters were addressed to 600 senior British neurologists. One was from the UK’s Health Protection Agency and the other from the Association of British Neurologists.
The specter of Guillain-Barre is too dangerous to be ignored in the United States, and news that it may be caused by the swine flu vaccine should not be soft-pedaled. Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is an autoimmune disorder that ravages the protective sheathing of the nerves, affecting the brain and the spinal cord, and can cause paralysis to the point that patients must be put on respirators in order to breathe. GBS can cause death or permanent disability, and there is no treatment or cure. Although no one knows its exact cause, physicians know it can be triggered by surgery or by vaccinations such as the swine flu vaccine—and the vaccine is the big concern of the moment, given the precedent of 1976.
What happened in 1976? The American government rushed to develop a swine flu vaccine and gave it to about 40 million people. Soon after the deaths of 25 people from paralysis and respiratory failure, the government strongly suspected the vaccine was the cause and withdrew it. The swine flu itself, on the other hand, killed only one person. The new strain of swine flu used in the new vaccine is slightly different, but concerns about GBS remain the same.
Yet another worry about the vaccine is the use of a component oil called squalene. According to prominent American neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock, squalene can also set off autoimmunity, and is associated with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, and Parkinson’s. Many British experts are likewise worried about squalene, going so far as to call the upcoming initial trial of the swine flu vaccine a “guinea-pig trial.”
The leaked letters beg doctors to be on the lookout for patients with symptoms of GBS, revealing deep doubts and fears in the UK about the safety of the new vaccine. The letter from the Association of British Neurologists, for instance, informed physicians that the vaccine caused a possible eight-fold increase in GBS during the 1976 U.S. swine flu bout.
The Health Protection Agency letter reminded physicians that in the United States’ 1976 bout, more people died from the vaccination than the flu. Over 500 cases of GBS were diagnosed and resulted in the vaccine being withdrawn after just ten weeks. “I would not have the swine flu jab because of the GBS risk,” said one senior neurologist.
GBS By the Numbers: About 160 million doses of swine flu vaccine will be available this fall. In 1976, about one in 100,000 who got the swine flu vaccine developed GBS.

Some more news for you,

U.S. health officials have ordered more swine flu vaccine, bringing the nation's eventual total to 251 million doses, reports AP.

The government on Monday ordered an extra 29 million doses of the nasal-spray swine flu vaccine, MedImmune's FluMist.

A sanitised document on prescribing information on FluMist reveals Guillain-Barré syndrome is just one of its side effects, and that it should not be given to pregnant women, very young children, the elderly or sick, and that it can administration of FluMist can infect others.

Good Lord help us all

pretty good reading here

http://flutracker.rhizalabs.com/

Here is an article I thought was interesting, if this is true then I'm pretty sure swine flu has already been thru our house. Took my son to the doc for upper respitory gunkyness. Worried my wife because he was breathing shallow and fast and appeared straining to breathe while sleeping. He got over it in a couple nights and was better. Daughter had something, but was much more mild. Wife had some stomach thing that bothered her for ahwile.

I didn't notice a thing, maybe a bit sleepy :D

swine flu is here and already amoung us, why the vaccines? its too late for that.

IMHO

Swine Flu Sticker Shock
Recombinomics Commentary 15:08
August 28, 2009

"We probably had four or five guys that eventually had the flu and haven't been at practice. And you had four or five other guys who sort of had the upper respiratory thing without the fever - and really not the flu - and they've been able to manage their way through it."

This year's widespread flu outbreak has become a problem for football teams at all levels across the South. High schools teams are considering canceling games in several states.

Ole Miss cancelled a fan day. Tulane had more than 20 players miss practice last week because of a flu outbreak on the team. The Green Wave's team physician, Greg Stewart, told the Tulane Rivals' site WaveReport.com that, "It's an average of five days, usually," for the virus to work its way out of the system.

"We're very hopeful that this does not become an issue for college football or sports this fall," Saban said. "Hopefully, the management things we're doing will help us not have an issue or a problem."

The above comments on swine flu at the University of Alabama begin to describe the extent of pandemic H1N1 (swine flu) at schools throughout the United States, with similar issues throughout the northern hemisphere. The students and parents are experiencing "sticker shock" when they realize that swine flu is widespread and spreading rapidly (see map), leading to 10-20% absenteeism, even though agency reports and media stories have largely disappeared over the summer. Although there were reports of outbreaks at summer camps, most assumed these were isolated incidents. The CDC had ceased reporting cases in daily or weekly updates. Instead on August 5 they switched to national aggregate numbers for hospitalized and fatal cases. State agencies followed suit. Many even stopped reporting fatal cases, and instead linked to aggregated CDC numberss. This information dearth led to a dramatic reduction in media coverage, leading to the widespread belief that swine flu had largely "disappeared".

However, the start of the school year created an environment where spreading cases could not be denied. Even though most states had ceased testing mild cases and limited testing to hospitalized or clustered cases, the flu-like conditions were hard to miss. Moreover, since seasonal flu was virtually non-existent in August, almost all influenza infections were swine flu, even though many school administrators and nurses erroneously interpreted an influenza A positive result as "normal" or seasonal flu (over 99% of influenza A positive patients in August have swine flu).

Similarly many also assumed that swine flu was associated with fever, due in part to the fever association with seasonal flu, as well as CDC documents (see table showing 93% of hospitalized H1N1 patients had fever), and guidelines which emphasized fever as a determination of who should not come to school, as well as a marker as to when students could return to school. However, over 50% of swine flu infections do not produce fever, so many infected students remain in school, thinking they do not have swine flu (and health departments refuse to test students for H1N1 because they have no fever).

Moreover, as noted above, infected students without fever are assumed to have an "upper respiratory infection" that is not swine flu. Others are said to have strep throat or a "stomach virus", even though swine flu produces a sore throat and gastro-intestinal problems. Thus, even when 10-20% of students are infected with H1N1, administrators and nurse assume that many of the ill students are not infected with H1N1, and are ill because of other microorganisms. The same is true for students who do not have fevers. They assume that they don't have H1N1 and are not infectious, so they attend school.

In addition, the spread may be facilitated by Tamiflu resistant H1N1, which some student take prophylatically when roommates are ill, or take Tamiflu to shorten recovery times. Similarly, some schools are recommending prophylactic Relenza, but most still rely on Tamiflu as a first line drug.

Thus, it is likely that the H1N1 will continue to spread, as more schools open for the fall and levels within the schools reach critical mass.

It is likely that the explosion of cases will impact sporting events, as teams will have too many ill players to field a team.

The cancellation of these games is likely to produce a new wave of "sticker shock".

H1N1 is bad.
Bad in the way of a VERY bad flue year.
Do I think it is something that should be tracked.
Yep.
Do I think it is something that we should panic over.
Nope.
Do I think the federal government should take immediate action.
Nope.
H1N1 has been thru once already. It also hasn't left yet. It will rumble around for a few months yet as more people build up an amunity to it, it will go the way of most other flu's.
All this stuff about quarantining families and childeren against their will and forcing people to get vacinated, let em try it.
If you hear about a crazy guy with grey hair blasting away at the medical teams, that will be me.
Ain't no way on god's little green earth they can force me to take that stuff.

I had a doctor's appointment this morning. He gave me a regular flu shot and said forget the swine flu shot. If one of Bo's sucklings tries to make me take one he will get his f*****g head busted. Who does this A hole think he is. When he starts respecting us I might start respecting him more but I doubt it.

I really wish he would have read all of the classified parts of that bill.
Some one needs to give that man a visit and get some more info out of him.

There was some scarry stuff that he said and stuff he didn't read.
