My turbo RX1 is running 12.5s but still choppy

Like the title says my 03 RX1 has a Diamond S stand up intercooler, MCX mid mount Header, GT25 Turbo. The AFS are 16s at idle 12s in mid and 12.5 on the top and it runs ok till it is fullthrottle, then it will not clean up and is choppy? any help

Did you check for boost leaks?
