My Track Keeps Sucking Up My Snow Flap on 09 M8 - HELP

I had the exact same problem this week. About 700 miles and the flap got sucked in. Totally screwed the lettering up and chewed the bottom portion off. It was already cut down to the first line. Gonna just cut it of a little more i Guess. Looking at the tunnel, it looks almost too short for the track under it. Most other machines have a longer tunnel it seems.

I was just thinking how glad i am that i didn't put a MUD flap on my sled when i did the VE bumper. So clean, never in the way when stuck, never sucked in the track after unloading. No difference in the roost behind my sled and one w/ flap the Pclaw shoots everything under/around the flap. I also observed that my cooler gets more snow build up with out the flap...
