we would need to know what sled you have if you want help finding a can
walk up to it slowly backwards, it will help you keep from getting it sticky.

Its a 2010 right. Is it clutched for elevation. put in a shift assist.
Just found out my M8 LE showed up last week, going to keep it in the crate for another couple weeks.
I love my MBRP can. Its a little louder than stock but sounds nice and has a nice weight drop. There are also the slp cans that are not much louder than stock, and then there is the Jaws can that is a good bit louder than stock. They all drop weight so its just how loud you want your sled. I would look into your clutching first if you havent done that before you put a can on. A shift assist at least.

It is a bearing set that keeps the spring from binding causing better/smoother back shift
I imagine it would help on an 09 m8 aswell. How does it install? Sorry to kinda highjack...
you just place it on top of your secondary spring in the secondary clutch and install everything again. I would assume it would still work on an 09.
