My new 12 footer hauls three sleds with ease!

ya, we've hauled sleds like that in the past. i believe its illegal around here now days to haul them sideways, probably cuz of the length thing like mtdream mentioned. another way we hauled 3 sleds on a twoplace that works well is to turn the 3rd one backwards and slide it tunnel first up between the two facing forward.

Yep, split the tails of the two that are side by side, and slide the 3rd backward inbetween the other two. Hauling anything other than a 121 crosswise is begging for a ticket. Even here in Ak!!!

Heck yes it is! So I guess I'll be turning it lengthwise. The exciter's going to be getting longer in a couple weeks anyways so it won't be working out there. Does anyone know what the limit is for width in Utah?

The trailer OR the load can only be 8'6" wide in ALL western states.After that you need a oversize load permit and all the bs that goes with that. Putting the sled on sideways is a sure ticket.

I know it has been done alot in the past but times are changeing and states are looking for any money they can get.

If your chick is wider then 8'6" I think the cop will feel sorry for you and let you go.....
