Very nice!!!!!! That looks naughty.

Did you have to do anything special to get the Burandt Boards to fit on IQ chassis?

Just had to man up and start cutting.. the template that comes is useless. First side took a while but the second was way quicker.. the one picture with the two boards show the bracket I made to tie into the steering hoop. I think that is going to be a great mod for sure..

I rode last season on the 910 with a slp single pipe. The twins and the boards were added this year. Still have not had it out this season!!

Nice.

I popped the 600 out of my 2010 and found several cracks in the bulkhead by the front 2 motor mounts as well. Hopefully getting it to the TIG shop this week.

Small report on the Burandt boards.. the are the bomb.. I definitely recommend this mod!!

How much material do you need left along the tunnel for the install. Just wondering, if I have enough left to attach to, after I installed my Better Boards. The BB's are great, they just leave snow in the rear portion.

3/4" gives you just enough meat to rivet to.

How are you liking the twins?

I started at 12.7 a/f.. the more fuel I add the better. At 12.3 it pulls way hard but not on every run.. I am still playing with the tuning.. getting close but it is hard when there is no other like it.. I need a solid a/f map. Got to love the sound of twinns!!
I hear yours is shtn & gettn!!

I put a gusset in.. connecting the upper plate to the lower part of the bulkhead. A small triangular piece of 3/16 aluminum.

That was last year's weld.. I had to do it again this year.. the reinforcements should help!!

I agree it likes fuel on the top end. I am running 12.4-12.6 on mine I have adjusted to 12.7-13 on the top end and it feels better with a little more fuel. (And a little more piece of mind). I went tuning with MTntk turbo in fairview and I was running dead even with him up the race hill by the parking lot with a rolling start. I am beyond happy with my 910. I am done tuning for the year! It's all pull and go this year!

Was the drop and roll home made or a kit, and how many tooth drivers are you running?

On my 09 I went with the pro skid, and 3" track with 7 tooth extrovert drivers. Its a great set up, you'll enjoy it.

Fastrax DnR kit.. 8 toothed drivers. My track is tighter than I hoped and no more adjustment.. I hope the track will stretch.
