Here is what i did with mine. Mountain addiction gas can with previous generation timbersled ratchet strap. 1.5" aluminum angle iron. Soon to be going for white powdercoat but wanted to get the idea out there. Thanks to DarrylErbach for the idea. Works great!

Any concern with those bolts rubbing through the can?
they will be replaced with rivets after i powder coat it. plus a rubber mat gets stuck on top. the side bolts are a smooth carriage type bolt. no worries that i can see.

Great solution , spent some time talking to my timbersled salesman at the grass drags a few weeks ago here in NH and he was hoping that they would have a solution soon . Good job !

Here's what I just put together tonight. Mo Pros rack. I like this rack because I can get attachments that hook on the side to hold my snowboard.

Will that rack fit between the side plates and slide all the way forward to where your bag is located?
Unfortunately no it won't. The makers did shorten the bars so that it's the exact same width as the ARO kit, but it's not slim enough to slide all the way forward. I thought about trimming the bars down so that it would fit. But I'm pretty happy with where it's sitting, at least for now.
