Drug the old CT 90 out of the shed and went through it. Got a 104 BB kit, performance cam and 3mm bigger carb. New brakes and other misc parts and she's ready to go... Now if it would just stop raining here!

I have a ct-90 non trail model that I put a 117 honda 50 based 12volt engine in with a kitaco manual clutch, downswept pipe and BVH.
Also fabbed it to accept MX bars... Everything is done except I need to order a 12v charging coil and convert the bulbs over from 6-12 volts.
I put a 16t gear on the front and I think 28? on the rear (almost same diameter as the hub) I can easily hit 55 right now with just the dinky 3 speed.
I'm going to finish it up and mod the case so I can fit a 17t front sprocket.
I can't wait to get it registered!

Nice, My dad had 2 of those when I was a kid, I remember beating the sht outa them like they were designed to race. That was fun. I remember going up on the "east ridge" and riding all over. I would get stuck and have to walk back to get help from my dad. It was too heavy for me to lift or move.
