st pic is one week after we bought it.
nd pic is one week 2 hrs after we bought it, and it sat at the bottom of that 300ft drop for at least a month before two snow cats helped us pull it out. It suffered broken windshield, tore off the hood which broke both gauges and yanked out all the wireing, horribly bent handlebars, broken running board, tore off the throttle, lost the tether key, and smashed up the belly area.
rd pic is me standing next to the sled after the role.
th pic is where it rolled down, if you look carefully you can actually see the sled waaaay down there.
th pic is how it rolled. I was riding the little phazer at that time which you can see in the far end of the pic, I made it across the hard packed drifts and my dad who was riding the Summit wasn't leaning enough and the sled tipped over and took him about 100ft down with it, but he was ok just bumps and bruises...
th pic is how it looks now. The end of last year we bought several hundred dollars in parts to repair it, mostely the nose area like the tow bar and some bolts for the skis, woulda bought a new hood but it was about $4-$500, so I fixed this one up. About a month ago I bought over $400 in handlebar equipment and threw it on. Oh... And a S*** load of decals including a sighned poster from Chris Burandt himself, got the poster from Slednecks president because we had a lot of trouble with one of there bigger decals, so they sent us a bunch of posters and decals for the trouble... Very cool.
th pic is just a behind pic, nuthin special...
Hope this was educating in the way that if you really don't think you can do something you probly shouldn't... But some chances are always ok...
