I have an 01 with 92 domes. My friend has a 04 600ho and on soft snow we are same until 80, on hard pack i pull away till 70 75 and he passes me about 80 85. I haven't toped it out yet, just got it a week ago. Mine is tuned down a little as well but it rips. In 04 they changed to team clutches and a larger bottom gear. 41 to 45 i think? My two cents...

I have an '02 MXZ 440 sno pro for sale. It is 110 hp on 100+ octane, but it does have a timing switch if you want to run pump gas. They are super fast little machines!
Mine is currently on a 136 X 2" track, but I have a near new 121 X 1.5" fully studded that goes with it.

I have a 04 440 that has a DJ clutch kit with a formula roller not the team, the sled ripped and kept up with most 800 up to 50mph now it has a ported 800 HO in it and it really gets it now the only problem, I can't seem to get the ski's to go down.
