mxz rail extensions

hey guys we just got done putting some 136 rail extensions on our 1998 mxz 583. the track is extremely loose and the tighteners are as tight as they go. we had a 8 inch big wheel kit sitting around and tried that and still very loose. what are my options now?

do you just need to drill new holes in the tunnel?

Are you sure the track is a 136?

Not trying to be an azz but maybe it's a 141 track??

Count the pitches on the track.

136 = 54 pitch

141 = 56 pitch

Did you move the tighteners back on the extensions?
