I never sit either, and I love to jump, trust me, when you're hucking 100+ footers or big drops or boondocking you're knees take a beating. My knees have bruises all winter. They actually would be pretty nice. Just saying..I don't sit so my knees never touch.![]()

Or wear knee/shin guards that will protect you even more, on or off the sled.
My Klim and Event bibs have knee pads built in. Problem solved.
Knee guards like this will protect you tons more than anything mounted on the sled.

Very good point. I never ride without a tekvest, and I actually did order those exact knee/shin guards last week. I do want a neck brace, but those things are so expensive! If you're hitting 100+' gaps and whatnot, without protective gear, youre crazy. I wear EVS R7 Knee/Shin Braces/Guards, and a SixOneSix Ballistic jersey, everytime I ride. I like to go big, but I like getting back to the trailer w/o being broken too. I gotta agree with the comment on covering a very good spot to vent the Pro chassis, also. I have the Holz Vents that take up that area, and think that those combined with a couple vent in front (Shock Tower area) make a very direct channel for air to flow through the sled.
