wow not looking good, thanks that's what im looking for he's a town away so ill make sure he checks the manual! any idea what would cause such an issue???

P1552 Throttle is stuck.

That was from a 2012 service manual and the only other one I could find.

Found that the Pxxxx codes are the obd2 version used on digi wrench so he wont find the right codes in the manual, different codes when you check yourself on the cluster!

Codes P1336 and P1337 would mean to much engine knock for the ECU to compensate by retarding the ignition (?) and as far as detonation/knock goes bad fuel or fuel starvation are probable causes.

And knocking is very very bad....:face-icon-small-sho

I would start out by:

draining fuel tank
Checking fuel filter
Fuel pump flow rate
Check make sure fuel pump wires aren't shorted by overstructure/ behind ECU

Still a problem:
Check ignition
Stator
Wire harness/ wire connections
