last year i think you told me about some of the goodies you cook on the moutain should share some with us
Probably the best thing I've made is Shrimp Scampi (used the oven bags for this). Now that tasted really good sitting atop the mountain with the incredible view.
Going to try lobster this year. They had some of the 6 oz ones on sale recently for $4.99, so I picked up a few.
One can cook just about anything in these things, and nothing more satisfying than a hot meal while out.
Easy one is burritos. I buy the frozen ones, wrap them in parchment paper, then tinfoil. Fill the Muff Pot, carry a couple of extras in rack bag (they stay frozen so if you don't use them can go right back into the freezer), and good to go. I've fed others who only bring a snack bar or two along, and they are always appreciative.
