Have a friend who lives in trout lake... There's snow above 3500 elevation. All iced over pretty bad from freeze/thaw. No clue on higher up the mountain, but good luck getting there with at max 6 inches on the ground.
I'm gonna give it a shot of riding the berry fields Sunday if anyone wants to join. Supposed to be around 6 Inches according to Snotel, hopefully more around tachalach lake. Shoot me a PM if anyone wants to meet up
Sorry for getting back late, but thanks everyone for the update. Didn't head that way, talked to a guy at Chevron station there in Trout Lake, and he said it's not worth the drive.
