MPI Taking Care of Business

Some of you may remeber my Survey post last year inquiring into who did not have the newer s/c oil cooler in their Kit. My Kit was put in by MPI in 2-05 and I saw that newer kits have this secondary cooler.

Long story short, Mac offered the part at a discount and we got into it going back and fourth on the forum. I think all we did was succeed in pissing each other off. I never bought it.

Recently with spring conditions, my s/c oil temp light was coming on each trip ... I called MPI today & ordered the cooler.

MPI later called back and said I would only have to pay for the shipping. I have one of a few MPI Flagship RX-1 sleds, with pretty much every part MPI makes or sells on my sled; so I was happy to hear this, reconnect with them and clear the air. Mac didn't have to offer me any special deal ... but he did and I wanted others to know. Derek

Great news Bro. Thought that whole deal was odd.

Mac has always went out on a limb for me, and I missed shopping MPI for sled parts this season. Ya know blood thicker than water n all...lol Glad its worked out. I'll re-add MPI to my bookmarks and start shopping.....hmmmmm I smell a Summer Project.....Stage II upgrade Baby?????

Guess I'll have Trey look into what it will cost and get this going.

If the price is right and he's up for it can you get him my sled? Must have more BOOOOOOOOST...

I have dealt with about every business in the aftermarket and MPI seems to be just fine. Good guys trying hard to do it right.
