MPI supercharger pulley shaft and bolt

I was going through my sled to get it all ready for thre snow. When I went to torque the supercharger pull bolt I realized it had some play in it. I removed it from the supercharger to find the shaft and pulley are worn and ruined. Has anyone had this problem and what is the next step? 08 Nytro with stage 2 supercharger.

What pulley? Top or bottom? Can you post a picture.

It is the top pulley the one on the supercharger. Yes I can send a picture when I get back home later today.
