me and my girlfriend are moving to jackson for the winter she will be working at the mountain and i will be snowmobiling all winter. we are coming from alaska and washington, and right now we are having a hard time finding a place to stay if anyone know of a room or home to rent please let us know. and if we can't find a place with enough parking for a trailer i also need to find a place to park a 17' enclosed trailer. but most importantly i'm going to need some riding partners. i ride a 163 pro and can hold my own would love it if someone could show me around or if you're also new to the area to go do some exploring.

Whoops accidentally gave you thumbs down. I am also moving to Jackson/ or Dubois in December to ride all winter. I'm headed there this week to scope it out. I know tog pass pretty well. If you ever need a riding partner hit me up. I also would appreciate any leads on living/part time work.

Yes she is, mply ill hit you up when I get into town won't be till the middle of November, were starting to get desperate on housing so if you find a sweet place there and need a roommate let me know

Jackson is a rad town. Housing is tough though, you can find it but it won't be cheap. luckily winter is much cheaper than summer. I've been in the area about a year, just moved into town from Alpine though. I'm down to ride.. all the time, plenty of good spots a very reasonable distance away.

I live in Jackson as well and try to ride as much as possible. Picked up work for the winter that is going to allow me to ride 3 days a week usually. I spent most last winter riding alone, but know the areas well. I used to guide trips, so the majority of friends who i rode with still guide and have no life to ride for fun. Im looking for people to ride with as well. . If you still havent found housing, check jacksonholeradio.com classifieds along with the paper website.

made it to town now im trying to find a place to store a enclosed trailer any one have any ideas

try storage stables south of town, I just left my boat there the other day. not cheap though. star valley is a much more affordable option if you won't be using it everyday. victor is a possibility but the pass closes down to trailers all winter and has been lately when the weather is bad.

Also could check out the RV area behind the Virginian Bar and Motel. Every winter there are quite a few rigs parked in there being wintered usually, I have no idea who to talk to about it, but it might be worth checking out as well. Id start by calling the Virginian and see if they know.

Ya housing is tuff in jax with a trailer u might try alpine as well. let me know if you do come up can help you find a spot for your trailer..
