Moving back to Pocatello

So I was born and raised in the Pocatello area, and rode sleds as a kid but not as a young adult. After being gone over 20 years the wife wants to move to Idaho. Currently live in Nevada and ride in Cali, my question is were is a good riding area close to Pocatello for a family. I have three young sons that have sleds and love to ride. My other question is is there any good quad riding around Pocatello? Any input would be great.

There's great family riding up scout mountain and inman pass for snowmobiling. For the quads lake cannel has some good riding in american falls if you like the sand. Let me know when you move into town and we can do some riding.

san anthony dunes are a little farther than an hour from poky too for fourwheeling

Riding in Pocatello

There is a lot of great riding. As good as anywhere in good snow years. In addition to what is mentioned, Preston & Bear lake area and Soda Springs by Grace and over to Wyoming. I am still trying to ride all the places. Let me know when you get back.

Powderhound, I graduated in 1983 from American Falls, I went to school in Pocatello until mid year of my sophmore year at Poky high. We bought a house in Inkom up Jackson Creek so not far from Inman riding area. Sorry for the late response.

Maybe you could give me some insite on a few questions, like who is the telephone, internet providers in that area? I hope I can get some sort of broadband fast internet without breaking the bank.
