I got this info from Timbersled the other day so take a look.
1. We have determined that rotating the ski spindle backwards as far as possible will result in much better handling on the trail and still work well off the trail. I have attached the instructions. They are also on the website at: http://www.timbersled.com/docs/Spindle%20Update.pdf
2. We would like to remind everyone that it is critical that you maintain your kit properly by lubing the chain and checking the tension every single ride. This is explained thoroughly in the “Tuning and Warranty” document available on the same page listed above.
3. We have had a few instances of the tunnel top cracking. We are working on a solution for this problem that will be available sometime this summer or next fall. At that time, we can replace cracked tunnel tops under warranty if you supply us with a picture of your broken top. If your top is currently cracked, please let us know and we will put you on the list. If it is badly broken, we can replace it right now, otherwise, we would prefer to wait until we have the improved replacement ready.
