I'm not a person that ever gushes about a company online or anywhere for that matter. But I felt compelled to post this. I recently inquired to Motorfist about a warrantee concern. I'm not going to provide details but it would have been within their right not to honor it. They did anyway. They gained a loyal customer for the foreseeable future (unless they sell it to Polaris J/K sort of) and I will tell this story to others.

Thank you Motorfist!

They have done the same for me.. They are more than helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. Great customer service for sure!

It's Moto"R"fist. Not motofist. But that's good to hear. They just handled a warranty for me as well. As long as I get it back, and it's repaired correctly, I too will be satisfied. So far they have been prompt with the situation and communicating well.

But pronounced by all "Motofist"

Not by all.. I call it Motorfist.. ;-)

Haha, I know just teasing. In fact I have corrected people that where saying it wrong. Typo on my part. I've never been able to figure out how to edit a subject line? Any help there team?

Once you select the edit option, select the "go advanced" option at the bottom right and it will take you to the option to edit the title. Hope that helps..

Here's an interesting fact. Guess who owns the URL www.motofist.com??

;-) That makes sense. That way you get to the right place even if you make a mistake and accidentally leave the R out.. :-D

Be a fun fact to know if they knew that going in and bought the URL and pointed it back or they realized later most people mispronounced the company name.

I'll second that they received a loyal customer based off of warranty repair. Started out with a pair of bibs... now have jacket(s), pants, gloves, mid layer, boots..... Got a buddy hooked on their gear as well. I'll keep recommending them as long as they keep being the AWESOME company they have been so far! I even like the fact they offered to send me another pair of bibs if I needed while mine were repaired (in August nonetheless!)

Love all my stuff.

Gloves pants bibs and boots and love all of them.

The trophy stuff is the first set of gear I have found that is cut well for a lankey rider, tough and waterproof. All top notch. No warranty issues so far but I know they always have taken care of my riding crews gear without issue.

I bought at Motorfists booth at the boise snow show this year. Bought boots and bibs. After the service I got at the show from their staff........ I must say I am sold! And I love my new Boots they are toasty! Great people product and company all around very helpful. And not just trying to sell you the newest most over Priced stuff in the booth Like the Boys over At the Klim booth....

I wore the first Redline boots last year...they were fine. Not quite as soft as the Stompers inside (those Stompers are like being inside of warm apple pie), but I LOVED having buckles and not dealing with laces. So much easier to get in and out of while dressing.

Not as easy to walk around in as the Stompers, as they are a rigid boot. Just leave the top buckle undone if you're doing more than making a lap around the trailer.

The new Redlines this year will have new buckles that are all metal, I believe. They should be more durable.

I'm excited to wear the Redline boots again this year. Looking forward to the metal buckles.

jealous...appears the fix on the Redlines worked pretty darn-well.

Most places are sold out.
Anyone know where I can get a pair of size 10's?
