Motorfist Warranty Experience...

I bought a Recon jacket and set of bibs back in 2011 when they first came out. AWESOME gear, in the fact that they kept me dry AND I didn't look like everyone else on the hill. I followed that purchase up with a helmet the next year, and was excited to find a helmet that weighed as little as that one did, and as comfortable as that one was....

...I had some minor problems with all 3, some stiching was coming apart, helmet trim, etc. Sent then in for warranty, expecting nothing but a patch job. Yesterday, I come home to a box with NEW (last year) Jacket, Bibs and Helmet! I was BLOWN away with their customer service and warranty!

I would, and do, recommended anyone looking at gear, to highly consider Motorfist gear!

that's awesome. Only bad thing with your warranty experience is everyone else will be expecting a brand new last years item to replace there defective product and when they don't get it motofist is the worst company on the planet.

quick question for ya. Have you used klim gear? I have used klim only and really want to try motofist. Look like a good product. Wondering what or if there is any differece or is just as good and durable.

I have both, and wore both last year. I gravitate to the Motorfist due to...
1. Fit.
2. Level of dryness that I feel while wearing the Event.
3. Style...(not everyone is wearing it)
4. Price.
5. Warranty

I have motorfist and klim ( Klim stuff fits me better though ) I like them both.

I had a pair of motorfist superior gloves liner pulled out, emailed warranty they sent me a new pair quickly. Second pair liner pulled out again talked to Jake again, got upgraded to a pair of Recon gloves ( I paid the difference at a discount ). Definitely happy with their customer service.

I am on my second pair of Motor fist gloves. The first pair was warrantied for the wrist cinch strap buckle. Super fast friendly service!!! New bibs are in order for the next season and I will definitely be looking at their gear. I currently have Klim bibs but they are getting a little tore up.
