Motorfist Customer Service!!!

I know this should probably go in the product review section, but I think Motorfist deserves to have everyone see this.

Bought my Stomper boots at the Puyallup Snow Show, I found that one of the boots had a defect, Motorfist replaced them NO PROBLEM!

A few months later, and lots of rides in my new comfy, warm, dry boots and one of the soles is peeling back a bit. No Biggee

I emailed Carie at Motorfist, she asked for a few pics. I sent her a few pics and all she said was thanks, and what address should we send your new boots too?

I would have been happy to send my boots in and have them fixed, but they are replacing them completely!

I couldn't be happeir with there gloves and boots. Had a small problem on the gloves where the wrist straps were coming undone. Emailed them and asked to upgrade to the full length valkyrie. Upgraded no problem just paid the price difference. I'll definitely be bying pants and coat from them next year.

Service is JOB ONE for them!!!


I had an issue with Rekon pants sizing last year...after a goofy mix-up, we mailed pants back and forth a couple times...and they WERE AWESOME at service.

I love my Stompers so far. Toasty warm and STILL DRY!!!! You also have to wear the right socks!!
I noticed this week the toe is peeling off my sole of my Stomper....I'll have to give them a call.

Bought a pair of bibs and coat!! and the seams where coming apart and i wanted to ride so I went down to the Polaris dealer told them that i need a pair of bibs because mine where falling part and they have a "blue bird warranty" so they called up Carie and BLAM!!! brand new pair off the self!! tell they fixed mine, took a week and done no fus "MOTORFIST ROCKS" (and the fit is spot on for me)
