motor reving up when starting up .motors in a new body

i put a 98 rmk 700 motor in a 09 polaris assault.now when i fire it up it revs up high the only thing different is the slp pipe , boost bottle , power pack and new top end other wise it the same when it was in the 98 body . it had 165 jets in it i chanced them to 190 still revs up . i just want to see if i can get alittle help

Check your throttle cable, it's probably pulled a little tight

Sounds like it might be a lean condition, check all your boots and make sure they are not torn. Check the slides in the carbs and make sure they are down and not hung up.

No reeds wouldn't do that. If it ran good before and this has just started since the install in the new chassie I would suspect something like misadjusted carbs or throttle cable. Is there a taller riser in the new sled, that kind of thing. An air leak would absolutely cause what you are describing, markis24 has some good ideas.
