Motor mounts on M7

I replaced a nutsert in the frame of my M7 (left side motor mount) last year after the bolt loosened up and screwed up the threads. I only had a fine thread nutsert and installed it but the threads stripped on it, to get me through the remaining season I put a nut on the backside of the nutsert. Over time this band-aid fix has caught up to me and now the hole is egged out so big that the nutsert fell out when I removed the side plate the rubber mount is installed in.

Is welding this hole shut and redrilling a new hole my only option here? I have looked for a larger nutsert but cannot find one that takes a 3/4" hole (existing hole is nearly 3/4" diameter.

Should I remove the throttle bodies prior to welding?

steel bulkheads..but you may have to rethread bulkead inner thread as they generally are pipe thread..or rethread the bolt to pipe thread
