Motocross Posters

Ok enough of the damn liberals and commie US talk.

I got something that really matters and I need help.

We are having a little boy this fall and it's time to paint his room, etc.

Well my wife and I both like motocross...so we are doing a moto room.

My wife told me she wants 3 different posters. I can find one no problem(got it in the garage) but the other 2 I need help with.

First one, I think was ran as an add a year or so ago in RacerX. It was put out by Cernics after TP backflipped the finish line jump at a SX when the AMA said not to. The add showed the flip and then said "sometimes it's easier to ask forgivness then permission".

Second poster is a classic. Dough Henry leaning up against his trailer after a moto in his pants and boots. Has his jersey off and you can see the scars from his first back surgery. Poster has something about dedication on it.

I need to find copies of these posters so if anyone has ideas on where to get them let me know.

no idea for the Henry poster, it's a bit on the old side...maybe ebay.

I am doing the same thing but going in a different direction. I am going to submit a couple of photos of me on my bike and sled to the peeps at Fathead.com and they will make a custom Fathead of me. I will put those in my son's room. That way he can look up to his father instead of some guy he will prolly never get to meet. Just a thought, cause heroes should be close to kids. I only wish that my hero was my father and I dream to be both of my boys' hero.

You can always send in a letter to Racer X...they'll probably publish it and might send you the posters for your kiddo.

The personal Fathead idea works. We did my older boy's room (he's 6 now) in Arctic Cat theme. WIfe got a pic of him on her M7 blown up for the wall and she contacted AC's pr dept. They sent some posters, race banner and race flags. Turned out pretty good!

That is my last resort. It seems the only one that is going to be super hard is the Forgiveness add.

Just spent 20 minutes going through old Racer X looking for it and I found it. Pages 90-91 of the May 2008 issue. Looks like it wasn't a Cernics add, it was done by N-Style so I'm gonna send them an email and see. Hell if nothing else, we are going to watch TP drive rally this summer and I can ask him about it.

B, yep we are having our last Opps child...I don't know how people can plan kids...all 3 were little surprises! Should be coming out October 11 and either the wife is getting fixed at the same time or I am the next week.

I believe the Doug Henry poster was put out by Fox. Smooth Industries always has sweet posters and wall pictures.
