Giving some serious thought to snowchecking a new Yeti 129 SS to put on my 2016 KTM 350XC. It seems like a great platform. I'm wondering what upgrades you guys feel are the most important of the many options available. I don't intend to be doing big drops or jumps. I just want a great handling, efficient, and reliable kit.

I am also very interested in 129 SS. I believe that the SS will come with upgraded shocks already per advertisement. It should also have the Ti shafts and all. Personally I will skip the bling and opt for a yetican and rack. The SS also comes with the custom graphics with numbers/name/etc. I believe.

im cheap and just bungie strap a bag to my tunnel. mine came w a gas can, but some sort of gas can is needed for any good ride. u could prob get away w 10 liters extra fuel if u dont have a super long trail ride to the goods. other than that the kit is bomb proof. watch the yet videos on utube where they test the grab handle and the belt deflector. of course someone will chime in on how they still managed to break it, but its a very impressive kit. the videos on how they developed their kits are interesting too. the whole story is pretty interesting, they must have had a lot of cash to take on a project like that with all the development vs some companies who seem to throw a kit together and put it on the market before its refined
