Mosquitos! ARGH!

Does anybody in here have MAJOR problems with the fu-gging things? We have a beautiful back yard and we can't even go out and enjoy it with our kids because of the little pests. Both sons are very allergic to the bites, they puss up and get infected within minutes!

We have tried everything from burning a campfire, spraying with Cutter for lawns, spraying garlic extract, citrinella tiki torches and candles to plain ol' personal spray but yet the godddamn things persist.

Have any of you used those electric or propane powered Skeeter traps? Do they really work? We are at our wits end.

I can't wait for the cold and snow!

Don't know how well the electric ones work.....but sure is fun to sit and listen to all of em go ZAP!!

Sorry for all the trouble they cause you. Yeah there pesky, but it is totally different when your kids are affected like that. Hopefully you can find a solution.

Look up a chemical called Tempo thats what we use on are lawn by the house and it keeps them away.

I bought some of the summer cloths that have some type of bug repel built in, they do work. Take a look at Cabela's or LL Bean.
Using a fogger may help but the propane set-up is what really gets rid of them. I have friends that have one and they live in Wisconsin where mosquitos are like the state insect.

Another reason winter rules, BUGS i hate them.

Thanks. That is what I was looking for. I wasn't really excited about dropping $500 to be a test subject. Now I just have to choose which one I want.

Yes the propane one work really well, if you have a half acre, get the one acre one
