More POWER for 2006 KTM 450XC???? short-stroke motor.....

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a mtn horse kit and I'm wanting to increase HP for this coming winter.
What are some good options out there? Big bore?
I have looked around a little bit but this is prob the best place to start asking......

Bike is low hrs (under 100) and stock except for JD jet kit.

I have the exact same bike and and have acquired a 525 crank (for longer stroke) and an over sized 525 cylinder, this combo will take it to 540cc. The next size larger piston/ cylinder combo can take it to a 570 but.... the cylinder liner is starting to get pretty thin and one good overheat could ruin things.

The over bore kits come from a guy in Washington who removes the stock 525 nikalsil liner and presses in a new steel liner..... so some compromises are made. This only works if you change out the crank because the deck height with the 525 cylinder falls about 16mm short. He also offers a bigger cylinder piston combo for the short stroke motor but it only takes it to 470 (if I remember correctly.)
