Basically every single state with federally owned land that hasn't been stupid enough to elect the communists into office will be suing over this.

It's basically using the BLM to administer de-facto wilderness areas circumventing congress, just like they're trying to do with to do with the EPA and Co2 emissions.

What the current commie administration is doing is basically circumvent congress and use US regulatory agencies to enforce the Koyoto protocol.

The BLM has been doing sneaky stuff for years! for example when a piece of prime elk hunting and camping BLM land is traded for a piece of usless marshy land up the road for no good reason other than ducks!!!!!
