more 07 rev clutch problems

I'm getting so sick of these clutches, we are getting nice new snow but my sled runs like crap, i don;t want to put much money into it cause i got an 09 on the way and i've had this one in in the shop every second week this year however yet again today we had another lot of nice fresh powder and i can hardly keep up,

My clutches are heating up like crazy and i'm only getting 75-7900 RMPs outa her in any work condition, i don't konw much about clutching but i was thinking of getting a new stiffer secondary spring, very cheap and might fix just for the rest of the year would this work?

Also clutches heat up so much i cannot put my hand on my belt after i have made a run. any comments would help

what is your settup and track length? Have you checked the rollers and bushings recently? How about the secondary bushing, they don't last long either.
And a 44/36 helix is almost mandatory on 151 or longer.

It was in the shop last week i would have hoped they checked that, i run a 144 however i am 200lbs, if i were to check the rollers and bushings how hard is that to do, do you need special tools?
