Not raining on anyones day but that would be a miracle if that bull scored 384
I'm saying no way maybe 350

I called him today and he said it scored 380. I asked him who scored it and he said his taxidermist did. So that's not official. Anyway it's a nice bull!

Moose said that he had seen this bull during the archery season, but couldn't get close enough to get a shot. He looked for several days during the rifle hunt and finally ran onto him. It was shot at around 100 yards. :D

Yeah scott I think he may be a little upset about the skull thing but I sure as heck was okay with it. We have been arguing since I found it about what might have killed it and how long ago it must have been. Any body have thoughts on how long it takes for a skull to be pretty well stripped to nothing but still have color in the horns.

bugs will tear that skull up pretty quickly. Was the one side of the horns under leaves or otherwise out of sunlight? The whiter side looks like it was dead for a year or two. Direct sunlight bleaches them out pretty quick tho.
