Montpelier riding

Down here on vacation in montpelier, snow looks very bleek, any ok places to ride? Long range forcast show snow about the time I will be leaving. Just my luck, need to ride, even if it is a trail ride. Any help would be great.

If you don't go and ride with Polaris Racer 169 look into going up on the west side like he said, St. Charles, Paris or Bloomington are the places you need to head up into.

Just to remind you look at the post you started and I posted them pics, just head up St. Charles (Green Canyon) and you will find some good snow!! just watch out for rocks, I hit one today sidehillin in the trees and broke my shock and bent some a arms so watch out when you are playing!!!

Hit a short ride at copenhagen yesterday, was good ride. I think I will go up to bloomington and st charles like you said on mon or tues. Thanks for the advise!

Anybody riding in the Bear Lake area? Last I heard there was 3 feet on the west side.

This last storm should really have put some snow down, I have some friends riding up there now I will let you know how it was for them.

We are heading up to Emigrant tomorrow. Hopefully a blue sky day. i will post some pics and let you know how the riding is. We should be in the parking lot between 930 and 10.

Just came down out of Paris canyon, snow is good, but visibility is pretty low. Also, it's getting pretty tracked up, so you need to find different areas to hit then the norm.

Turned out good!

Been here for the last 10 days from washington, so got alot better this week. Rode copenhagen on the 26th and bloomington 4 times, From monday till today I bet along the ridge west of the bloomington lake parking lot got close to 3 ft of new, just kinda in that one area. It was real deep yesterday, tried again today but fogged in. I wish we had powder like you guys have here. Had a great trip. Thanks for the useful info guys!
