I, for one, am proud to live in Montana!
Should be interesting to see how this plays out, since, it will most likely end up in the supreme court. Atleast they know we are willing to fight for our right!

Baucus has voted against EVERY bill that I've asked him not to -- big spending, universal health care, radicals in Washington. He acts like a Conservative every sixth year (his election year) and had a voting percentage of 73% last year. He doesn't give a crap about what most Montanans want, he's a politician kissing up to BO. Tester isn't too far behind him getting elected with San Francisco money and lies and voting lock step with Baucus except for I think TARP he voted against.
Now there's a super Left San Francisco lawyer running against Denny Rehberg who's been into some shady business and also is corrupt with a lot of money. You KNOW he's going to BS his way into lying about Denny and making up crap, like they did about Burns. Burns was exonerated but did the media report that? NO But they sure made sure to spread all the BS lies.

i hear you there i have lost almost all my respect for schwitzer durring his last campain when he claimed to be a rancher and proceded to ride horses and where cowboy hats in all of his commercials. there was even one of him roping a cow. i rodeo and i am around ranching and ranch roping i can tell by watchin someone ride or rope if they know what they are doing or not schwitzer was lucky he was able to stay on his horse and way more lucky he didn't get himself in a wreck when he actually caught a cow. like you said he was able to get him self elected on lies.
Geeze, if that gets through the supreme court, it would change a lot of things. Anyone could get a state license to manufacture guns. Good idea.
Go Montana!!! I hope a lot of other states start challenging the Feds on all the crazy sh!t they are pulling. Limited government is the foundation of this country and we are loosing it.

Beautiful! Way to go Montana! I wish Idaho would follow...but this "conservative" state will never go there! We are another example of our government not truly representing the people! They represent big business interest and federal government.
Maybe I will be moving up to Montana and we can take over Ted Turner's property and kick his liberal a$$ out of your state!
