Friend of mine had a very similar incident with Intel corp. in 99. His company was called pentium homes Ltd. Intel sent a pile of cease & desist orders etc. from New York. My friends answer was to set a court date, let Intel get their legal eagles all in a row. Then when court date arrived he sent a letter with new company name etc.. I wonder how much intel spent getting ready for court? I bet it was more then my buddy spent on renaming his business! Monster beer looks good and 10% woohoo! I suppose those companies need to get value for the dough they spend on legal retainers.

Thats some crap...wonder why they didn't sue Pixar when they made Monsters Inc...people might have been confused that the cartoon was about their energy drink...they should sue monster.com b/c I'm sure people get confused thinking that the site is applying for free energy drinks. Why would they even care what a little brewery like that names their beer?

As long as Rock Art doesn't lose everything in this, I bet it will be the best thing for them in the long run. Look at the national exposure they are getting, I know I want to try one of their beers now...lol especially at 10%
