yeah Dave Knight made it over on his 04 stock rev. there is video proof on back in the saddle, and extreme team video. there will also be a link to youtube to prove it. that might help prove to you non believers that it is true.

Who cares if he climbed it in hard spring snow! I'll bring out my Jeep Rubicon with 6 inch lift and 38.5 Swamper Boggers and climb it in the spring.LOL I am not sure why anyone finds it so great that a stock Rev went up there in hard snow.
Because if my memory serves.....prior to Dave Knight's climb it had only been done in spring snow on 1000+cc and 200hp MOD sleds.
i would love to see someone try to clmb it in a jeep. I would pay great money if you think that would be possible. and do those boggers float to get you over the water at the bottom?

LMAO. That would be cool. I was reffering to hard snow(little sarcasm for ya). But maybe your on to something, could you imagine rolling a Jeep down that hill from the top. LOL Anyway back to the thread.
If anyone is interested, I know of at least 4 guys who claim they are going to try this hill at Yamafest (one of them is my 16 yr old kid). I hope the snow is good and soft, cuz I think there may be some carnage.

wow the fact that you can go over on a stock rev and pay 20 000 grand less to me thats funny..... i'll slow this down for the yamaha girls (STOCK) sled went over..... that would burst my bubble if i just climbed monster.... haha
Anyone who has ever ridden a sled knows that different snow is a completely different day?

Not at all, the one that is the azz is the one that jeopardized the lives of two people in monster, it does not matter what he was riding. Drunken azz on any sled is still a drunken azz.
Hey when it comes to sledding I`m the most unbiased person I know. I could give a rats azz what you ride. Just have fun and do it safe.

o yea i totally agree for sure that snow conditons make a huge difference i just cant get over a stock 800 went over that hill is steep.

OK, challenge is on. you bring your amazing boondocking sled that is 30000 dollars less then my sled to monster on yamafest and I'll be there. by the way your yacking off, you should be able to beat me hands down. you name what we're climbing for.

Brian, I'm glad your finally turboing up a nytro (what kit you putting on?) I've been riding three 2 stroke turbo's over the last month built by builder that has more experiance then any other guy out there regarding 2 stroke turbo's. He's been building them since 1989.....yes 1989!
They run great and are pretty sanppy etc, but they are still no match as far as reliablity and performance to the yamaha apex and nytro.
My opinion, keep the 2 strokes light and snappy for jumping and boon'n and if you want want the BOOST there's NO CHOICE but a Yamaha!
