Monkey Escapes !!!!!!!

Just saw this on the news, a large monkey has escaped from the Seattle Zoo and is on the loose. It can be identified by his large blue Scrotum. Thats right word for word thats what the female reporter said, the monkey has a bad case of blue balls....
My question is did he escape because he had blue balls ??????
