Just isnt the same since Al Michaels and John Madden moved to NBC on Sunday night.

These guys doning play by play and color tonight are bad news! Tony Kornhieser is like Dennis Miller they tried a couple years back. Heck I prefer Joe Thiesman and Troy Aikman over these guys.

I think this is Mike and Mike doing play by play and color now for Raiders/Broncos............holy cow. The college broadcasting crews put these guys to shame.


The only thing that's good tonight is Hank.
 
These clowns doing the Broncos Raiders game are terrible. Is it just me or are they cheering for the Raiders?
 
There isn't much Raider pride left in that stadium. At least it is 12:40am on the east coast so the whole world doesn't have to watch this beating.

Hell it aint the same without Howard, Frank and Dandy Don.

Heard a story about Cosell once, he was getting a ride home in a limo..it was late and Howard was getting a little sloshed, I think a young Al Michaels was with him and they came upto an intersection where a couple of guys were having it out over some road rage thing....It came to blows and Cosell wanted to get out but the driver and Al said it's too dangerous. He got out anyway and by then there was a crowd gathering and these guys were going at it. Well Howard being Howard he started doing the play by play or blow by blow right in the middle of the intersection until one of the guys got knocked out.....Classic.
 
Yeah I was wondering if it was just me....Dude I 've been to high school football games with better announcers.

Do you remember when Kornholer did the Division I-AA championship games...I swear he hates Montana. He's a d-bag.
 
As long as its Al Michaels I dont care who's with him. Madden is a little too stuttering for me- but the guy does know the game. The new MNF crew would be OK if they got rid of Kornhole - yep like said above its freakin Dennis Miller all over again. I like Jaws' insite into the game. Terico is decent. But the crew doing the 2nd game was laughable.


BTW - The nozzle is worse than the bag Scott. :)
