that is doing tech support.
Being the guy that I am, I still want to fix the problem. There is one tool that is nessary, it is called a hammer. The only question is what side of the hammer head do you use? The Claws to pull out the nail, or the face to of the hammer to drive the nail all the way in to stop the nagging... Kind of a tough choice...
