Modifying a Damaged 163 2.6" Polaris track to a 120" snowbike

Lap splice.

Use push thru track studs.

I did it with a 3” poo track last year.

Ran it 2 rides and took it off.

The splice makes for a lot of vibration and drag.
(450’s don’t have extra power to handle that)

The 120x2.5 outperformed the 129x3” with splice.

The track will be going on a 15 sx120 and yes I was going to do the lap splice.

Being that the track will have to slimmed to the max to accommodate the tunnel roughly 10 3/4 wide, the splice will have to be done at a paddle section.

I was hoping to be able to find an adhesive that will bond the track together
