You need to tell the PCV what tps voltage to see at idle and what voltage to see at WOT. If you don't do this, the fuel changes from the PCV will occur at the wrong throttle positions.

'13 has a different map from the factory than '12 (normal improvements). It seems to require more fuel (if modded) than the '12 in that area.

SLP sent their customers an upgraded Stage 3 map for the '13's for this reason. Call the package supplier.
