MN dealership ON FIRE!

Just seen it on tv pretty funny looking. it looks like all that burnt was crated sleds. looks like about 75 crates burnt. out in there stock yard.

No poo at Heinens for a couple years now, just yami and cat. News said 100 crated sleds burned, one way to get rid of leftover apex's. :beer;

sorry to hear

Does a Owen still work there?
Did my first trip out west with the Heinen and Mason group
in 1981. Two up on a Polaris TXL 340. It doesn't get any better than that.....

News is now saying a guy working on a bike, had a gas leak, pushed it outside, and that started the fire. It was Wyoming Windy here yesterday, and that helped the blaze, as well. Article in the Trib, stated mostly atv's were lost.

thats what a wittness said on the news is that he seen a guy push a burning motorcycle out of the shop.

I work just down the road from them so I watched as it was on fire. I drove by as it was burning and it was HOT - I could feel the heat and I was on the other side of the road. I have a friend who has a Crossfire and a M8 in there right now. That was a fun call to make to him to let him know what was going on. They think the M8 is ok but not sure about the Crossfire - think maybe the snowflap and the tailight may be melted. But they told him today that they could not go out in the open part where fire was today because they were investigating or something like that. The new crates with 4 wheelers (I am guessing that what was in it) is what I could see that were burning the most when I drove by. Plus there was a little building next to fire that is completely destroyed. It did not look like the building itself (dealership) or the storage building they have behind it were effected. Not sure about what kind of heat damage the building by fire may have gotten, I could see just the frames of what ever was in crates - wooden crates and whatever was inside gone. It will be interesting to see how they handle the customers that were effected by this. Well good thing is that no one is hurt - toys can be replaced.

Delo-I did see Keith's crossfire outside up on the rack's yesterday,It look's like his snow flap and bumper where melted pretty good.Couldn't see if the seat was trashed.It will be interesting to see how they handle this with the customers that where effected bt this!

I think that Owen retired a while ago, I also went out to West with him and Richard but i think that we went in 82 or 83 had a great time, poping wheelies down the streets of West, after a few, on the back of my girlfriends (now Wife) 1980 TXL. The good old days!:D

they can't sell them poos so they have a fire sale.

I got to say you have to be the least informed snowmobiler I have ever seen type something on this site. Heinens haven't been selling Polaris for years and years. Actually it was 2004 that it was over.

Not bad you are only 4 years behind. Get with it there Chockey!
